A faster, easier way to check-in

To make the process of checking in for an appointment faster and easier, the Elmhurst Clinic has electronic kiosks that provide a safe and secure way to check-in with the swipe of a credit or bank card, your thumbprint or by typing your last name.

The kiosks were first installed at the Elmhurst Clinic at the Elmhurst Memorial Center for Health and are also available at the 172 Schiller location in Elmhurst, and Wood Dale. The kiosks will be coming soon to the Bloomingdale and Lombard locations.

To use the kiosks, simply follow the on-screen instructions to verify your appointment, demographic and insurance information, and make your co-pay. Then proceed to the department for your appointment where our staff will be waiting for you.

We are concerned about the safety and security of our patients’ private information so the kiosks are completely confidential. The kiosks are configured to maintain your privacy during the check-in process, and the screen goes dark if there is no activity for a period of time. Our staff is available to provide assistance during the check-in  process if you have any questions.
