A faster, easier way to check-in

To make the process of checking in for an appointment faster and easier, the Elmhurst Clinic will soon be installing electronic kiosks that provide a safe and secure way to check-in with the swipe of a credit or bank card, your thumbprint or by typing your last name.

The kiosks will be installed first at the Elmhurst Clinic at the Elmhurst Memorial Center for Health and then be expanded to other Elmhurst Clinic locations. To use the kiosks, simply follow the on-screen instructions to verify your appointment, demographic and insurance information, and make your co-pay. Then proceed to the department for your appointment where our staff will be waiting for you.

We are concerned about the safety and security of our patients’ private information so the kiosks will be completely confidential. The kiosks will be configured to maintain your privacy during the check-in process, and the screen will go dark if there is no activity for a period of time. Our staff will be available to provide assistance during the check-in  process if you have any questions.
