Directions to the Bloomingdale Office:

The Bloomingdale office is located just west of the intersection of Army Trail Road and Gary Ave. ( This is the far west side of Bloomingdale, west of Stratford Square mall) It is on the north side of the street, two streets west of the intersection. Turn right on Brighton and you will see a big sign that says "Doctors Office Plaza" Turn left at the second entrance. The Elmhurst Clinic office is located in building # 471. Ample parking is available in the front of the building. It is the first door on the right after you enter the building, suite 102.

Directions from the EAST

From North Ave, turn right onto Gary Ave and then left at the intersection of Army Trail Rd. Turn right on 2nd St. ( Brighton)

Bloomingdale office is about a 45 minute drive from the Center for Health in Elmhurst.

Directions from the WEST

Take Rt. 59 to Army Trail Rd and go east. Once you have passed the Costco and Lowe's go over railroad tracks. after crossing railroad tracks, stay in left turn lane and turn left onto Brighton.

Directions from the NORTH

Take Lake Street to Gary, go South on Gary to Army Trail Road. Turn Right on Army Trail Road and then right on 2nd St (Brighton)

Directions from the SOUTH

Take Gary Ave to Army Trail Road, turn left on Army Trail Road and then turn right on 2nd Street (Brighton)
