Jeffrey Kulik, M.D., is board certified in Allergy/Immunology, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. Dr. Kulik completed his residency and fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Prior to joining the Elmhurst Clinic Dr. Kulik has practiced at Rush University Medical Center, Mobile C.A.R.E. Foundation and Rush Oak Park Physicians Group in Oak Park.

Dr. Kulik’s allergy interests include immunothereapy, guidelines for and asthma and exercise induced asthma, and food allergies.
